Union industrial execution
Founded in 1995 and acquired by Batson Prairie Capital in 2023, ACS is a union electro-mechanical contractor delivering maintenance, modification, and upgrade (MM&U) services to midstream, downstream, RNG, and heavy industrial customers across the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Midwest.
Headquartered in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, with a branch office in Lincoln, Nebraska, ACS self-performs 90%+ of its work through a highly trained union workforce.
Open-shop industrial execution
Formed in 2025 and headquartered in Liberty, Texas, TCB Construction is TriArch’s open-shop counterpart — a facilities and integrity contractor providing electromechanical services to small infrastructure projects across maintenance, repair, and upgrade markets.
TCB enables rapid mobilization and cost-efficient execution in environments where non-union labor is required, extending TriArch’s reach into the Gulf Coast and Texas industrial corridor.
