Earned his J.D. and M.S. in Finance at Georgetown University after graduating in the top 1% of his West Point class. Began his legal career at Kirkland & Ellis (London); ~10 years in private-equity M&A for industrial and infrastruc

Leads the platform’s health, safety & environmental (HSE) program; previously held roles at NuWeld, Inc. and Croda Inc. Studied at Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania (Health Science) and Pennsylvania College of Technology. Based in Williamsport, PA; with ACS since 2015.

Leads accounting and finance across the TriArch group of companies; systems administrator for the company ERP and multiple company-wide software systems. Previously led accounting for a mid-market construction management firm with active project values in excess of $300 million. Joined in 2019.

Former EVP of a steel-fabrication facility (led an operational and financial turnaround); executive finance roles across industrial-construction and EPC organizations. Focus on EBITDA growth, cost control, and forecasting rigor.

Michael is passionate about helping clients

Oversees mechanical project execution across the platform’s energy customer base. Joined in 2017, advancing through progressively senior leadership roles
